Tasks
- Process Consulting: Analyze, structure, and automate processes for banks and financial service providers.
- End-To-End Automation: Design and implement comprehensive automation solutions like workflows, rule-based decisions, and SOA.
- Readiness & Enablement: Establish robust technical and organizational groundwork for future AI deployment.
- Technology Integration: Guide the selection, evaluation, and integration of technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
- AI Governance: Enhance automation solutions with technical and regulatory AI integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with clients' business units, IT, architecture, and management.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A completed degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
- Project Experience: Experience with automation, digitalization, or transformation projects, ideally in banking or insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language or automation technology (e.g., Python, Java, BPMN).
- Understanding of Processes and AI: Knowledge of structured processes, data flows, and system landscapes; interest in AI methods for process automation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex technical subjects.
- Flexibility and Language: Willingness to travel across Germany, with proficient German (C1) and good English (B1) skills.
