If you're eager to not just oversee integrations but actively drive the growth and operational improvement of multiple companies simultaneously, we want you on our team as a (Senior) Associate, Corporate Development (m/f/d).
About the Role
As a key part of our Corporate Development team, you'll be deeply involved in our integration and scaling initiatives. Working closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling and the COO, you will take on significant responsibility for operational implementation across multiple entities.

With over 1,000 employees across 20+ subsidiaries and 48 locations in Germany and Austria, we are building a scalable platform underpinned by a Buy-&-Build strategy, aimed at becoming a leading provider in the German-speaking market.
Your Responsibilities
- Steering & Performance: Support and partially lead post-merger integrations and analyze performance metrics.
- Building & Scaling: Implement group-wide standards and collaborate on scalable operating models.
- Close Collaboration: Work closely with local stakeholders and subsidiary management to advance their units.
Your Qualifications
- Several years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or similar environments with an operational focus.
- Initial experience in integration or multi-company setups.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently drive projects.
