This role involves independent project management within social media and digital brand communication. You will manage timelines and budgets, establish a trusted relationship with your clients, and ensure seamless collaboration with external partners. Guiding juniors and interns will also be a part of your responsibilities.
Tasks
- Oversee and coordinate social media and brand communication projects.
- Ensure project structure and maintain an overview at all times.
- Act as a primary contact for clients, fostering trustful relationships.
- Handle project timelines, budgets, and controlling effectively.
- Negotiate with and integrate external service providers into projects.
- Mentor juniors, working students, and interns by sharing knowledge.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in project/account management, preferably in advertising or digital media agencies.
- Degree in media, communication, or marketing.
- Strong negotiation skills and confident presence.
- Team player with resilience and confidence even in challenging situations.
- Thorough German skills and good English proficiency.
- Enjoy working with juniors, seeing them as an asset to your work.
