About the Role
This position is ideal for a seasoned closer. You should have at least 3 to 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager, including 2 years with proven success in deal closures, commercial negotiations, or renewals. Bilingual proficiency in German and English is required, with a demonstrated ability to build trust with senior decision-makers. Experience in entrepreneurship or selling corporate training solutions is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline with precision and clarity.
- Engage in quality conversations and confident closures, avoiding mass cold calling due to strong inbound demand.
- Directly report to the CEO and contribute to shaping the Germany and DACH strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 4+ years in a similar role with at least 2 years in deal-making responsibilities.
- Fluent in German and English; capable of engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
- Remote work setup within Germany or neighboring countries.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, especially within Germany.
- Preferably experienced in selling corporate training solutions and/or entrepreneurship.
