Your Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll manage the complete sales cycle for strategic clients, focusing on embedding AI into their operations. The role requires autonomy, with leadership in developing long-term client relationships and influencing product development for enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition through strategic outbound initiatives and executive networking.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored AI solutions to business challenges.
  • Leverage executive relationships for strategic sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners for outreach scalability and satisfaction.
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to tailor solutions for enterprises.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Over 10 years of enterprise sales experience with large global entities.
  • Proven success in securing high-value deals and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in selling complex enterprise solutions, particularly in AI/NLP.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-suite executives.
