Job Description

Our client seeks an experienced leader to drive S/4HANA transformation for their Enterprise Solutions Unit. The role entails strategic leadership, strong client and senior leadership engagement, and significant influence on transformation journeys and managed services.

Tasks

• Deliver thought leadership, innovate services, and cultivate client partnerships.
• Manage delivery performance, budgets, and headcounts efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and governance standards.
• Nurture client and stakeholder relationships and proactively manage expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years in IT services delivery leadership.
• Proven expertise in leading S/4HANA projects.
• Extensive managed services experience.
• Strong business development skills and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level) and must be based in Germany.
