Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems, including monitoring, maintenance, and system updates.
• Resolve incidents as part of 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Plan and execute SAP release upgrades for ABAP and Java systems.
• Lead SAP HANA technology planning and migrations.
• Optimize system configurations and performance.
• Support presales activities, providing strategic advice to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP system operations.
• Proficient in SAP upgrades, with knowledge of two or more databases such as SAP HANA, Oracle.
• German business fluency (C1); English proficiency (B2).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights or weekends when necessary.
