Role Overview

We are searching for a technically proficient Salesforce Enterprise Architect. The ideal candidate will excel in communications and client interaction, taking ownership from project inception to delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Vision and Strategy: Develop and sustain the high-level technical strategy and architectural vision for Salesforce platforms.
• Technology Evaluation and Selection: Guide the evaluation and selection of Salesforce technologies and tools.
• Collaboration and Translation: Work with business leaders to translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Software Development Oversight: Manage architectural parts of Salesforce development, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance to architects and developers, nurturing a culture of innovation.
• Modern Development Practices: Promote practices like DevOps, continuous integration, and cloud services in Salesforce.
• Complex Problem Resolution: Lead the resolution of complex technical issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate architectural plans to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Requirements

• 10 years of Salesforce project experience, with enterprise architecture expertise.
• 5-7 years in senior technical roles with leadership in large-scale implementations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for technical teams.
• Strategic thinking skills with alignment of Salesforce and business strategies.
• Deep understanding of security practices, compliance, and risk management.
• Fluency in both German and English.
