Job Description
- Acquire new clients using advanced business development tools.
- Enhance business partnerships through personal meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships as well as network management.
- Oversee internal candidate and employee pools along with external applicant databases and social networks.
- Conduct client pitches for exciting large-scale projects.
- Provide client consulting and offer creation including negotiation of conditions.
- Present our services to clients effectively.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree or a comparable commercial education, ideally coupled with initial sales experience, though newcomers and career changers are also welcome!
- Competitive spirit and drive for success.
- Persuasive communication skills with a knack for closing deals.
- Intrinsic motivation, perseverance, and enthusiasm for the job with high initiative.
