Join Our Team as a Remote Sales Representative

Schülerhilfe is a leading provider of educational and tutoring services in Germany and Austria, and the third-largest franchise system in Germany. For 50 years, we have been offering individual tutoring in small groups.

We are strengthening our team at the headquarters in Gelsenkirchen and are looking for you to join us full-time as a Sales Representative working from home (m/f/d) for telephone sales of our online tutoring products.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting telephone consultations and sales discussions with our prospects (NO cold calling)
• Creating offers based on customer needs and closing contracts
• Coordinating trial sessions and conducting feedback discussions
• Communicating with prospects via email and WhatsApp

Our Requirements:

• Preferably completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field or as a salesperson
• Experience in telephone sales or consulting, ideally in the service sector (career changers are also welcome)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, linguistic expression, customer and service-oriented telephone demeanor
• Flexibility, commitment, and performance readiness
• English skills are desirable
