Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for data cable products.
- Manage existing accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish robust relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to remain abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and projects.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Direct responsibility for MMS business expansion in Germany.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in sales, specifically within the datacom and broadband sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in German and English.
