As a Sales Manager Mobile Automation (m/f/d), your primary focus will be to comprehensively understand and strategically position our solutions in the field of mobile applications. You will analyze the needs of manufacturers in the construction, agricultural, and specialty vehicle sectors, develop targeted sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities. Working closely with development and product management, you will develop bespoke system solutions for our clients and contribute actively to the evolution of the next generation of mobile work machines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and sustainably develop an existing customer base in the area of mobile work machines.
  • Provide holistic consultation on our portfolio and translate customer requirements into customized system solutions in close collaboration with engineering and product management.
  • Handle the entire sales process—from acquisition to offer creation to successful contract conclusion including negotiation management.
  • Analyze customer requirements and derive appropriate sales strategies for complex technical solutions.
  • Monitor market and technology trends and identify new business potentials.
  • Expand and maintain a strong network in the area of mobile work machines.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Perspectively take over sales leadership by 2029/2030.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of mobile work machines, focusing on agricultural machinery.
  • Knowledge of ISOBUS, CAN, J1939, software development, functional safety.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work independently in field service and home office.
  • Independent, structured work style and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Fluent German and English proficiency.
