Through the November Pre-Need Portal, we offer comprehensive protection via digital pre-need products like insurance policies, directives, and storage of personal documents, memories, and wishes. Our satisfied customers are numerous and growing daily.

Tasks

  • Convert warm leads into customers by advising interested parties already familiar with November.
  • Provide personalized consultations, assisting individuals in making informed decisions to select the appropriate pre-need product.
  • Recognize needs and create suitable proposals, listening actively to identify desires and guiding discussions toward completion.
  • Celebrate sales successes by following through on deals to secure bonuses.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in telephone sales, ideally with advisory-intensive products or services.
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing deals.
  • Enthusiasm and customer orientation that can inspire others.
  • Drive and resilience—rejections motivate rather than deter you.
  • Structured and self-organized work ethic—reliable performance, even remotely.
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (C1 level or higher).
