42watt is an innovative provider of comprehensive energy renovation solutions for homes, focusing on heat pumps, solar energy, and insulation. Our approach includes complete project management, from independent consulting and planning to grant applications and coordination of craft services. We aim to offer personalized, competent, and passionate solutions for a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell a broad product portfolio focusing on heat pumps to residential homeowners around the Stuttgart area.
  • Organize and manage on-site appointments and consultations independently, tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure transparent communication and custom solutions from initial contact to project completion.
  • Address basic technical questions about heat pumps on-site, leveraging your training and interest in technology.
  • Act as a liaison between the Inside Sales Team, clients, and project coordination.
  • Utilize a company vehicle for field appointments, also available for personal use.
  • Create offers using our semi-automated tool.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales, preferably in B2C field sales, with a strong enthusiasm for renewable energy.
  • Ability to work independently with efficient organization and customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and service orientation to build strong customer relationships.
  • Proficient in digital tools and quick to adopt new technologies.
  • Fluent in German (C1-C2 level) and possessing a Class B driver's license.
