Job Description

Eneto is renowned for nationwide installation teams, standardized processes, and systems that are installed within 1 to 2 days. We pride ourselves on over 70,000 customer insights from previous energy projects. We are now looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to transform qualified inbound leads reliably into closed deals, actively scaling income based on performance. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming, pre-qualified inquiries from private customers via phone and online.
  • Conduct structured consultations, clarifying needs, budget, and timing with a clear goal: closing deals.
  • Create proposals, follow up diligently, and maintain your sales pipeline.
  • Work with clear metrics such as show-up rate, closing rate, and revenue per lead.

Requirements

  • Remote work within Germany (Home Office), with occasional appointments and workshops by arrangement.
  • Full-time and permanent employment at Eneto GmbH.
  • Experience in active sales with closing responsibility (e.g., PV, heat pumps, energy, real estate, smart home, or other products that require explanation).
  • Excellent German language skills (min. C1) for telephone consultations.
  • Confident telephone and online presence, clear argumentation, structured objection handling.
  • High self-motivation, discipline, and enjoyment of clear goals and metrics.
  • Ability to work reliably, independently, and adapt well to a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred: experience with energy, HVAC, air conditioning, heat pumps, or photovoltaics.
