Utila is seeking an experienced Sales Director for EMEA to lead and scale our enterprise revenue efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role focuses on driving new business, managing strategic accounts, and building executive relationships.

Detailed Job Description

As a Sales Director at Utila, you'll play a pivotal role in the digital asset space by working with fintechs, trading firms, and large enterprises that rely on our platform for security, reliability, and scalability. Our platform processes over $15 billion in monthly transactions and is backed by $50 million in funding.

Tasks

  • Drive enterprise sales efforts across EMEA, focusing on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and closing high-value deals.
  • Engage in complex, multi-level sales processes with C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing and Leadership.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide market insights and refine strategic priorities.
  • Manage sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets, ensuring diligent CRM management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly with high-acquisition-cost ventures in EMEA.
  • Experience with technical sales in fintech, crypto, security, payment, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Proven record of managing long sales cycles and engaging with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with a focus on transforming technical solutions into business benefits.
  • Motivated, autonomous, and execution-focused professional, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
