Job Description
PCG is seeking a Sales Development Team Lead to enhance our sales strategy, through effective outbound management and team leadership. You'll manage cold outreach, develop a high-performing team, and ensure systematic improvement across all sales processes.
Tasks
- Manage and execute cold outreach strategies personally and through your team.
- Coach and enable SDRs, ensuring they meet KPIs and improve their skills consistently.
- Oversee HubSpot processes for data integrity and lead management.
- Create and implement sales playbooks and strategic outreach plans.
- Develop SDR talents within the PCG Sales Academy to become future Cloud Consultants.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in Sales Development, particularly in SaaS or Cloud.
- Proficient with HubSpot and other sales tools (Lusha, Sales Navigator).
- Strong understanding of modern outbound sales methods.
- Fluency in both German and English at C1/C2 level.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to enhance existing sales systems.
