Job Description

PCG is seeking a Sales Development Team Lead to enhance our sales strategy, through effective outbound management and team leadership. You'll manage cold outreach, develop a high-performing team, and ensure systematic improvement across all sales processes.

Tasks

  • Manage and execute cold outreach strategies personally and through your team.
  • Coach and enable SDRs, ensuring they meet KPIs and improve their skills consistently.
  • Oversee HubSpot processes for data integrity and lead management.
  • Create and implement sales playbooks and strategic outreach plans.
  • Develop SDR talents within the PCG Sales Academy to become future Cloud Consultants.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in Sales Development, particularly in SaaS or Cloud.
  • Proficient with HubSpot and other sales tools (Lusha, Sales Navigator).
  • Strong understanding of modern outbound sales methods.
  • Fluency in both German and English at C1/C2 level.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to enhance existing sales systems.
