Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your expertise in customer service and product knowledge to create a unique brand experience.
• Assist your Leads and Coaches in training new team members.
• Support various store functions such as cashiering, restocking, and setting up displays, while recommending suitable products to meet sales targets.
• Utilize your knowledge of digital devices to seamlessly integrate online and offline sales and services.
• Keep yourself informed about new trends, NIKE products, and initiatives, serving as a brand ambassador.

Your Profile

• A passion for NIKE and/or a love for sports.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
• Outstanding customer service skills and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekends and shifts.
