Your Mission

As a Research Consultant, you'll act as a key advisor and coach for clients, guiding them through selecting methodologies, crafting questionnaires, and presenting insightful results. Your role involves engaging storytelling and ensuring client satisfaction throughout various project phases.

Tasks

• Work as a sparring partner to design and analyze market research projects.
• Create customized studies and questionnaires for diverse use cases including concept testing and creative testing.
• Interpret research results, craft actionable insights, and present recommendations effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI integration and optimize research processes.
• Manage projects and contribute to the strategic expansion of consulting services.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in market research and consulting, with expertise in quantitative methods.
• Proficiency in designing studies and generating insights, with excellent presentation skills in English and German (C2 level).
• A commercially minded approach, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with research tools.
• Strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive attitude.
