Core Responsibilities

• Trend Research: Analyze current viral short video trends and identify content opportunities for our creators.
• Personal Branding: Develop or enhance an authentic and recognizable brand identity for creator profiles.
• Content Briefings: Create clear, efficient scripts and briefings for high-quality, targeted content production by creators.
• Posting & Account Management: Publish content and ensure profiles are maintained strategically, visually, and content-wise.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate content statistics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement measures to enhance outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in online marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing.
• A keen sense for virality, trends, and successful content formats.
• Performance-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results and growth.

Bonus Skills (not mandatory)

• Experience in copywriting, paid ads, or performance marketing.
• Basic knowledge of video editing or optimizing short video content.
