Job Summary

As a Regional Market Access Manager (m/f/d) South: Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, you will support our department by developing strategic recommendations and representing Almirall in healthcare institutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional decision-makers and institutions such as KVen, health insurers, and medical associations.
• Develop and implement market access projects to enhance access conditions and support the portfolio in collaboration with marketing, medical, and sales teams.
• Communicate economic, medical-scientific, and indication-specific benefits with key market participants.
• Train field staff on market access-related issues regarding prescription conditions and regional management measures.

Requirements

• Completed degree in medical-scientific, economic, or health economics studies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in key account management and special field service, ideally in dermatology.
• Previous experience in health institutions (e.g., KVen, health insurers) is advantageous.
• Understanding of the German healthcare system and regulatory mechanisms.
• Excellent communication skills, networking abilities, and proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel and a high degree of initiative.
• Preferably residing in southern or central Germany.
