About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter (m/w/d) for a one-year, fixed-term contract at our Worms location. You will be central in attracting top talent to support our strategic growth within the automotive sector. Your main responsibilities include developing targeted recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates from various channels, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Developing and crafting tailored job advertisements in close coordination with technical and commercial managers.
• Strategically selecting and managing channels to maximize the visibility of job postings.
• Actively sourcing candidates via social networks and professional platforms.
• Reviewing and managing applications through a cloud-based tracking system.
• Providing expert advice to hiring managers on candidate suitability and interview techniques.
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, both virtual and in-person, and facilitating contract negotiations and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial or technical settings.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, including active sourcing and social media outreach.
• Proficiency in using applicant management systems and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• A background in technical or commercial fields is advantageous.
