Job Description
At the Berufliche Fortbildungszentren der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bfz) gGmbH, we specialize in continuing education and support individuals from all walks of life. As a Reception Clerk, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and administrative processes at our Marktredwitz location.
Tasks
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception desk starting from 07:30 AM.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them appropriately.
- Manage central mail services, both incoming and outgoing.
- Support seminar and training session administration, including participant management, contract administration, and SAP data entry.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including office supply procurement and processing financial transactions.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong IT skills with a focus on MS Office applications.
- Experience with SAP and accounting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
