We are currently looking for a Project Support ZVR and Compliance (m/f/d) at our locations in Hanover, Münster, or Frankfurt.
In the area of ZV Risk Management and Compliance, we develop relevant compliance systems for payment transactions, addressing issues from money laundering to gambling through prevention systems like PPZV and CoRD, and associated AI applications such as KIWI, KEA, and EMU. Currently, we're expanding WERO, PSR, and the digital EURO. We're searching for a dedicated employee to support us in coordinating the various applications in the department.

Tasks:
- Assume role responsibilities in accordance with PMOplus
- Provide administrative and organizational support for project activities
- Support in secure filing and documentation
- Plan and organize project meetings
- Assist in creating, editing, and approving (result) protocols, (project) reports, and documents for committees
- Support planning and control activities, as well as necessary project processes according to PMOplus
Requirements:
- Completed studies (informatics, business informatics), completed commercial training or comparable qualification, along with initial relevant professional experience
- Initial experience in project management and process optimization is desirable
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving competence
- Ability to think structurally and conceptually, and work independently
