Your Role

• Lead your project team independently, acting as the main contact for clients, partners, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Oversee the management and development of team members, contributing to team growth and success.
• Manage projects from concept development through planning to commissioning, with both technical and commercial responsibility.
• Program and implement control, visualization, and process control systems, performing both basic and detailed engineering.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, aiding in the development and introduction of new and existing client topics.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in process automation project execution (Pharma/Biopharma, Semiconductor, Chemistry), ideally with initial team leadership experience.
• Knowledge in configuring process control systems (Siemens PCS7/S7/Wincc/TIA, Honeywell Experion PKS, Emerson DeltaV, ABB Freelance/Melody/800xA, etc.) or experience in EMSR planning.
• Strong communicative approach and initiative in client interactions.
• A team-oriented work style and interest in developing new automation topics.
• High willingness to learn, flexibility, and independence characterize your work style.
