Your Role:

• Develop and execute a market and sales strategy targeting customers and Sparkassen.
• Review market setup, initiate parameter adjustments, and create new market and product strategies.
• Acquire new business opportunities within energy supply and digitalization sectors.
• Conduct independent project risk and profitability analysis ahead of financing decisions.
• Develop indicative financing concepts considering income, risk, and product interests.
• Lead customer contract negotiations until closing, involving relevant departments.
• Manage project teams, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed.
• Identify cross-selling potentials to enhance corporate revenue.

Your Profile:

• Degree in business administration or equivalent with substantial professional experience.
• Five years of experience in financing investments with high acquisition values.
• Strong skills in project planning, management, and leadership.
• Cross-departmental banking product knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge in financial mathematics.
• Experience in structuring and executing financial products.
