Job Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan and manage IT projects independently across all phases, ensuring timely implementation within agreed parameters.
- Acquisition Support: Collaborate with sales in proposal creation, prepare client meetings, and structure requirements.
- Team Coordination: Lead internal project teams and coordinate with external partners to keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Communication: Serve as the main liaison between departments, IT, management, and clients, communicating clearly and effectively.
- Project Control: Oversee risk and change management, monitor budgets and resources, and manage project go-live and handover.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT project management, ideally involving knowledge or content management solutions.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource management; proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum/Kanban).
- Personal Skills: Strong communicator, structured thinker, decisive, skilled in negotiation and moderation, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English for international communication.
