Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager for significant investment projects within our waterworks sector. Join our team responsible for planning, supervising construction, and leading projects of water, sewage, pump stations, and buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead significant investment projects in Water and Intermediate Pump Stations.
- Manage projects with an investment volume over 5 million euros throughout all phases according to AHO (project preparation/planning/construction execution), addressing both new builds and operational modifications.
- Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective project management in collaboration with internal departments and/or external engineering firms.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team, tackling the challenges of increasing investments in water supply.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Project Management Construction, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field with significant job-related experience.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or Energy Technology with relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in project management or coordinating planning of complex projects.
- Experience in project control, planning, tendering and awarding engineering and construction services, construction supervision, commissioning, and technical documentation.
- Broad knowledge in engineering disciplines and areas including public and private construction law, HOAI, AHO publications, VOB/VOL/VgV, and basic business management knowledge.
- Proficient in relevant computer programs (e.g., MS-Project, MS-Office, AVA, preferably CDE).
- Flexibility, analytical thinking, conceptual, structured, and team-oriented work skills.
- Leadership skills for interdisciplinary teams and strong communication and cooperation abilities.
- Driver’s license class B.
Compensation
We offer you a salary in pay group 13 according to the Supply Companies’ Collective Agreement (TV-V). Depending on your personal qualifications, a lower grouping might be possible.
