Job Summary: Join our team as a Project Manager at Drees & Sommer, where you will advance complex building and real estate projects using the EPCM approach, effectively integrating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management. Your responsibility will include overseeing new and existing projects with a focus on HVAC, reducing interface risks, and ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and quality throughout the construction execution.

Your diverse work environment spans across our project sites nationwide, collaborating closely with teams at our Drees & Sommer locations.

Your Tasks:

• Lead construction supervision on one or more sites during phase 8, with a focus on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation, and Cooling Technology (HVAC)
• Guide and develop project teams, and mentor colleagues in project contexts
• Manage the economical execution of construction tasks, supervise construction execution, and serve as a liaison with external project stakeholders
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety goals are met during construction execution
• Apply and manage cost, change, and claim management, and assist in proposal preparations
• Coordinate and oversee all HVAC trades, ensuring smooth integration into the overall project

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply, Building, Energy, and Environmental Technology, or equivalent qualification, such as Technician or Master in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Several years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or planning with a focus on HVAC
• Experience managing complex construction projects, ideally in an EPCM environment
• Familiarity with VOB and relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, etc.)
• Willingness to travel nationwide for site deployments
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a confident demeanor towards various project stakeholders
