Join our team in Bottrop as a Project Manager in construction (m/f/d) to lead and coordinate exciting building projects from inception to turnkey completion.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to prepare and oversee construction projects in collaboration with clients and internal teams. You will coordinate project teams and participants through all project phases to ensure successful delivery.

Tasks

• Prepare construction projects in collaboration with clients or the internal project development department.
• Coordinate the project team and participants throughout all phases of project realization up to turnkey completion.
• Engage subcontractors and manage your construction team efficiently.
• Control production processes with the local site management.
• Manage costs and schedule.
• Allocate personnel and major equipment.
• Ensure all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company rules are followed.

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering (university level preferred).
• Several years of experience as a project or site manager in turn-key or structural construction.
• Strong management qualities, ambition, openness, dynamism, flexibility, economic, and commercial thinking.
• Organizational talent, open-mindedness, team spirit, commitment.
• Excellent communication skills and highly sociable at all levels.
• Proficient in IT systems like MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and planning software (e.g., Asta, MS Project).
• Fluent in German at C1 level.
