As part of Vonovia's Quartierwerk, the local utility for the housing industry, you'll contribute to creating significant added value for our tenants by effectively marketing and managing energy, measurement services, and multimedia products.

Your Tasks

• Lead and manage projects in charging infrastructure, ensuring successful implementation.
• Drive the development and optimization of our charging solutions from concept to market introduction.
• Plan, implement, and reliably operate our charging infrastructure projects.
• Continuously improve business processes and workflows for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Analyze market trends and technological advancements to guide strategic initiatives.
• Structure and present project results to management and stakeholders regularly.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners for smooth execution of initiatives.

Your Profile

• Qualification as a certified technician, master craftsman, relevant degree, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong teamwork skills and independent, structured work approach.
• High commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
• Confident communication skills with a strong command of negotiation.
• Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English is desirable.
