Job Description

  • Take responsibility for complex IT programs in public administration, consisting of several strategically bundled major projects.
  • Manage programs of high technical and organizational complexity, keeping the overarching goal in mind.
  • Coordinate the development, migration, and deployment of IT procedures, actively participating in cross-border cooperation.
  • Design new IT infrastructures, software solutions, or digital products, even in areas where operational or organizational structures do not yet exist.
  • Oversee reporting at top management level, such as with state secretaries, and engage in strategic communication with decision-makers.
  • Your project assignments are flexible, aligning with client needs and project situations, working in our offices, at client sites, and from home.

Qualifications

  • Master's or diploma degree in an IT-related field such as business informatics, or equivalent practical knowledge and skills.
  • Extensive experience leading large projects conducted in traditional, agile, or hybrid manners.
  • Proven experience in program management and extensive knowledge of management functions and consulting for executives.
  • Completed project management training based on recognized standards such as APMG PRINCE2 Practitioner, GPM/IPMA Level B or A, or PMI certifications like PMP or PgMP.
  • At least one common certification in agile project methodology, such as Scrum Foundation, Scrum Master or Product Owner Examination, SAFe® or LeSS.
  • Proficient in German (B2 level or above) and English rounds out your profile.
