About the Role

Are you interested in the latest trends in digitization and their applications? Are you knowledgeable about the event landscape in the digital world? We are looking for someone ready to plan something new and innovative and take on the responsibility for the content direction of an international event in the Digital Health sector. You will delve into topics ranging from Artificial Intelligence in diagnostics and care to health data and interoperability, telemedicine and digital care, data security and privacy, Smart Care, and policy and regulation.

This conference will be implemented in cooperation with a renowned partner and is aimed at experts from healthcare, technology, science, and politics, bringing together actors from politics, the health industry, startups, tech companies, health insurers, medical professionals, and scientists from across Europe in Berlin.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop a Digital Health expert conference
• Create the conference program, including themes, sessions, and formats
• Research, contact, and manage high-profile national and international speakers
• Coordinate closely with the cooperation partner and internal stakeholders
• Ensure the professional quality and relevance of the content
• Contribute to the strategic further development of the conference format
• Support the search for exhibition partners

Requirements

• Completed university studies in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
• Experience in planning professional congresses, conferences, or similar formats
• Strong understanding of topics related to Digital Health
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with experts
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
