Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Postsecondary Education Teacher to contribute subject matter expertise to advanced AI training initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will apply your experience in curriculum design, academic research, and student engagement to help train and refine next-generation AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive academic materials, including syllabi, assignments, lectures, and instructional resources for AI training applications.

• Design, administer, and evaluate assessments to support accurate and high-quality AI model outputs.
• Review and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated educational content for clarity, rigor, and academic integrity.
• Mentor and supervise simulated academic scenarios to inform realistic AI training data.
• Communicate complex academic concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align educational content with AI training objectives.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, organization, and data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Education or a related field.
• Demonstrated postsecondary teaching experience.
• Expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategy, and assessment development.
• Strong academic research skills with practical application.
