About the Job

You will be integral in composing product offerings for online shops, optimizing customer experiences, and managing digital marketing. Tasks

• Analyze and prioritize business and user requirements for a mobile solution in last-mile delivery and service logistics.
• Maintain a structured product backlog and ensure high-quality requirement documentation.
• Coordinate technical integrations between ERP systems, middleware, and mobile applications.
• Support efforts estimation, release planning, and overseeing the development from planning to go-live.
• Organize and coordinate QA tests and user acceptance tests, and validate bug fixes.
• Oversee the operational running of the application, releases, and incident handling in support.

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or related fields.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a software or logistics environment.
• Proficient in requirements management, backlog maintenance, and creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence, and familiar with agile development methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to interface between business, internal IT, and external partners.
• Fluency in German and English.
