Join Collectors, the premier creator of innovative technology for the collectibles industry, expanding its successful operation into Germany. As a Pricing Results Specialist (m/f/d), you'll play a key role in our PSA Pricing Team, stationed at our Frankfurt office.

About the Role

We are offering a unique opportunity for individuals eager to impact the European launch of our renowned PSA brand. You will review and adjust customer submissions to reflect true market values for trading cards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer orders for service level accuracy based on card market values.
• Adjust submission prices on a line-by-line basis.
• Stay informed on trading card pricing via trade publications, auction results, and other resources.
• Collaborate with hobby pricing resources for support.
• Communicate pricing adjustments collaboratively within the PSA team.
• Identify and implement pricing, service, or system improvements based on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of sports cards.
• Experience in operations, customer service, or accounting.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and custom processing systems.
• Fluent in German and possess a B2 level or higher in English.
• Must be eligible to work in the European Union.
