We invite you to be part of this exciting journey as a Plant Controller (m/f/d) in part-time for 19 hours a week, on a fixed-term contract for one year at our Olsberg facility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a Finance Business Partner within the plant management team, explaining and managing the financial results of the production site.
  • Develop rolling forecasts and plant budgets in collaboration with plant management and corporate controlling.
  • Create variance, productivity, and cost analyses and support corrective measures and optimization processes.
  • Assist departments with economic questions and financial evaluation of new investments and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with production units to standardize, maintain, and consistently align work plans.
  • Maintain the plant's financial master data.
  • Regularly support cross-functional tasks and projects as an expert and potentially as a sub-project leader.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with strong knowledge in finance and accounting, particularly in cost accounting.
  • Several years of professional experience in a production environment, ideally in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with a self-reliant and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and good knowledge of the SAP R/3 CO & FI module.
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken, and a good command of English.
