Job Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Representative for a two-year contract, focused on growing our clientele and strengthening partnerships within the pharmacy sector.

Tasks

• Actively acquire new customers and expand the existing pharmacy client base.
• Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with pharmacies.
• Analyze market potential and initiate measures for revenue growth.
• Conduct sales conversations with pharmacy owners and teams.
• Plan and conduct product trainings and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Take responsibility for your sales region's development.
• Present our portfolio focusing on gastroenterological products.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies at the point of sale.
• Collaborate closely with the medical field team.
• Ensure visit guidelines and sales targets are met.
• Document activities in the CRM system and report regularly.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales.
• Proven success in customer acquisition and market development.
• Strong advisory, communication, and closing skills.
• Enjoyment in training, knowledge transfer, and active market engagement.
• Structured, independent, and reliable work style.
• Industry knowledge is advantageous; qualification according to § 75 AMG is not required.
• Good digital skills and CRM system proficiency.
• Team capability and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Category B driver's license and willingness to travel in sales territory.
