The Evangelical Regional Administrations are a service institution of the Evangelical Church in Württemberg. The Evangelical Regional Administration Heilbronn supports the church districts of Heilbronn-Brackenheim and Weinsberg-Neuenstadt, advising and assisting the evangelical congregations in all administrative, financial, and personnel matters.

We are currently seeking a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) for the Evangelical Regional Administration Heilbronn with up to 100% employment, available immediately. The position is permanent and can also be filled on a part-time basis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining personnel data and managing digital personnel files.
  • Administer all facets of employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless execution of all personnel-related processes such as contract amendments, certificates, and testimonials.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for managerial and staff inquiries regarding tariff and labor law issues.
  • Prepare personnel cost forecasts and provide the foundation for personnel and budget planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the payroll department to verify payroll calculations based on personnel data.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) or comparable three-year commercial training.
  • Professional experience in human resources.
  • Team-oriented and highly service-minded.
  • Ability to work independently and meticulously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to digital work processes.
  • Commitment to Christian values.
