Your Main Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and personnel recruitment for managed departments, including job postings, interviews, and employment decision processes.
- Handling personnel matters such as promotions, categorization changes, and employment extension decisions.
- Preparing documents for the city council and managing employment law cases.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualification for the third qualification level of the administrative and finance specialty (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/-in (m/w/d) [FH]) or equivalent.
- Proactive, independent working style with strong decision-making skills and responsibility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good IT skills in standard office programs, flexibility, and willingness to further educate.
- Experience in HR is advantageous.
