Responsibilities

• Localized Content Development: Adapt financial materials for the German market, identifying and addressing content gaps.
• Product Development: Innovate products and services, utilizing technology for continuous improvement.
• Research Contribution: Write and edit articles based on data analysis and emerging trends.
• Education and Guidance: Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions to enhance financial behaviors.
• Strategic Leadership: Use your passion to lead initiatives and foster team growth.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Germany's financial planning aspects: money management, debt, investments, etc.
• 10+ years experience with CFP certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and German.
• Proficient in using technology for content delivery.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility and attention to detail.

Location & Commitment

• Remote work from anywhere in Germany with occasional travel for workshops.
• Part-time, 20 hours/month, with potential for future expansion.
