Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting monthly payroll processing
• Maintaining employee master and movement data
• Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll matters
• Collaborating with health insurance companies, authorities, and service providers
• Creating evaluations and reports
• Supporting HR processes and projects

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in payroll or salary accounting
• Proficiency in SAP HCM
• Strong knowledge in payroll tax and social security law
• Meticulous work ethic
• High level of discretion and reliability
• Service-oriented and strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of German, English is advantageous
