About the Position
As a Payroll Implementation Manager at Deel, you'll lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring clients’ data is accurately transferred and systems are properly configured. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders, offering ongoing support and training to guarantee client satisfaction and system efficacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Setup: Organize kick-off meetings and deliver successful project roll-outs with clients and the onboarding team.
- Client Management: Facilitate onboarding processes by gathering payroll requirements and guiding clients through technical aspects.
- System & Process Management: Configure systems, manage documentation, and ensure smooth payroll transitions for clients.
- Compliance & Data Migration: Ensure adherence to local tax and labor laws, oversee data migration with precision.
- Testing & Change Management: Develop testing plans, implement change management strategies for an efficient payroll system transition.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
- Proven project management and client interaction skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
