Located in Leverkusen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, this remote position involves managing channel partners across the EMEA region to enhance sales and market share in the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology fields. Responsibilities
- Manage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the EMEA region.
- Identify, onboard, negotiate contracts, and provide product training for new CPs.
- Evaluate CP performance against sales and activity-based KPIs.
- Develop strategic initiatives to grow sales and market presence within CP territories.
- Exceed sales targets and take responsibility for the performance of the region.
- Report directly to the VP Sales EMEA & APAC as part of the EMEA sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing sales through Channel Partners in EMEA.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen in the life sciences sector.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with CRM systems like SFDC and familiarity with public tenders/procurement is advantageous.
