We are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to nurture and qualify leads for our Business Developers, targeting HR and Training Managers in Europe.
What You'll Do
- Perform outbound prospecting through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Engage with HR and L&D Managers throughout Europe.
- Qualify prospects based on specific needs and readiness to purchase.
- Schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance our messaging strategy.
- Master mYngle’s value proposition and ideal customer profile.
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B cold calling or SDR experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and telephone presence.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently as part of a remote team.

This role is for 20 hours per week. Potential to expand to 40 hours per week as a Business Developer, based on performance and availability.
