Job Description

In this strategic role, you will:

• Manage the entire outsourcing process and the service provider structure.
• Ensure compliance through the ongoing DORA review and internal audits.
• Negotiate service level agreements and liaise with external partners.
• Implement and optimize strategic monitoring mechanisms with partners.
• Collaborate with management and provide weekly insights.

Tasks

• Oversee and drive the outsourcing management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met.
• Engage in contract negotiations with an attention to detail.
• Support management through knowledge sharing and strategic input.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compliance, audit, or outsourcing management in the financial sector.
• Familiarity with terms like MaRisk, BAIT, and DORA.
• Strong organizational and decisive skills with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent English skills; German is optional but beneficial.
• Enthusiastic about leading process changes and working in a growing team.
