Job Description

Tasks
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Manage office supplies and documentation, both digital and analog.
- Prepare committee documents using ALLRIS (Council Information System).
- Accommodate and attend to guests.
Requirements
A three-year administrative commercial training is required, preferably in office management, communication, or related fields. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Teamwork and social competence.
- High flexibility, mobility, and creativity.
- Good communication skills with a friendly and service-oriented approach.
- Relevant knowledge in administrative and economic law, business and project management is an advantage.
