We are looking for an enthusiastic Branch Manager (m/f/d) to lead and shape our new branch in Hannover.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Building & Leadership: Assemble a team of coaches, instructors, and administrative staff while fostering success and company objectives.
- Branch Development & Networking: Spearhead the development of our Hannover branch and ensure continuous demand for our educational offerings through strategic networking.
- Project Management & Implementation: Collaborate with project leaders for the implementation of courses and be the contact for participants and partners.
- Product Development & Targeting: Enhance our educational portfolio in collaboration with other branch leaders to reach the right audiences.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets, recruit and integrate new team members, and represent the branch externally.
- Company Development: Contribute to our group's ongoing evolution into a leading educational entity in Germany.
Qualifications
- Experience: Several years of leadership within an educational institution or adult education, familiar with FBW, AVGS, BAMF, or AZAV.
- Leadership: Passionate in inspiring your team, aligning with company values, and celebrating collective successes.
- Collaboration: Skilled in building and maintaining networks for fruitful collaborations.
- Soft Skills: Organized, self-reliant, with strong social skills and resilience under pressure.
- Competence: Proficient in IT and familiar with Microsoft Teams and Office programs, with communication and C1-level German proficiency.
