Göttingen | Fixed-term for 1 year | 20 - 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities:

• Daily booking of electronic bank statements in SAP and posting of payment advices.
• Creating, executing, and controlling payment transactions for accounts receivable and refunding customer credits.
• Independently clarifying and rectifying accounts receivable, including communication with customers concerning payments.
• Participation in projects to optimize processes in accounts receivable management.
• Serving as a contact for other departments regarding accounts receivable inquiries.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed commercial training with several years of relevant experience in accounts receivable tasks.
• Excellent IT skills, especially in SAP-FI and Excel.
• Flexible thinking with a structured and solution-oriented work approach.
• High level of commitment and passion for teamwork.
• Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Loyal personality with strong communication skills and assertiveness.
