This is the job: You will support the Organization / IT team as an IT Support Staff (m/f/d). The focus of your work is to ensure optimal IT usage and the necessary IT systems. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues regarding the bank's hardware and software. These are the tasks: - Procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software - Technical support of IT systems and self-service devices - Management and coordination of external service providers including data centers - Ensuring operations, independent troubleshooting and resolution including employee support - Administration and support of hardware and software solutions, especially self-service devices, network components, peripherals, mobile devices - Participation in the further development of existing IT systems considering new technologies and current market trends - Contribution to IT concepts including IT security, data security, and emergency concepts Are you the one?
